Self-Efficacy and Motivation to Quit of Smokers Seeking to Quit: Quantitative Assessment of Smoking Cessation Mobile Apps

Background Decreasing trends in the number of individuals accessing face-to-face support are leaving a significant gap treatment options for smokers seeking to quit. Face-to-face behavioral and other interventions attempt target psychological factors such as self-efficacy motivation quit smokers, these associated with an increased likelihood making attempts successfully quitting. Although digital interventions, smoking cessation mobile apps, could provide promising avenue bridge growing gap, little is known about their impact on that vital cessation. Objective This study aims better understand possible apps important successful cessation, Our aim assess levels before after use apps.
